People can experience a very deep and intense bond with animals. Going through life with animals as companions is a joyful, enriching experience. In many ways, they are our teachers. Animals live in the present and draw us into the moment, into simply being and unconditional acceptance.
This series of small-format cat paintings is intended to reflect my love for these animals. Painting them on canvas deepens that affection.
If there is an animal close to your heart, even if it has already passed away, you are welcome to contact me about having it immortalised in an oil painting. Different sizes and all kinds of animals are possible.
