Identify the exact product, offer or order and explain the potential hazard as precisely as possible. upTownArt reviews notices objectively without an automatic restriction decision. We take precautionary action for immediate risks and process binding authority orders without undue delay and no later than two working days.

Our internal target for initial triage is three working days. This is not a statutory waiting period: urgent cases and authority orders are handled sooner. Evidence is not public and is used only for investigation and legally required records.
