Contact michael@uptown.art with your order number and request. Already-existing original artworks and non-personalized standard goods are generally subject to the statutory right of withdrawal in distance sales. We will provide appropriate instructions so the work travels protected and insured.
Return the work complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. After inspection, amounts due are refunded to the original payment method. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
