Contact the seller through your order account with your order number and request; alternatively, upTownArt provides support at michael@uptown.art and forwards the message. For contracts with traders, already-existing original artworks and non-personalized standard goods are generally subject to the statutory right of withdrawal in distance sales. The seller provides appropriate return instructions so the work travels protected and insured.
Return the work complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. After inspection, the seller owes any refund due; upTownArt processes it on the seller's behalf through the original payment method. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
