Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts.
The period is fourteen days from the day you or a nominated third party receives the goods. Before it expires, send a clear statement to michael@uptown.art or the postal address in our legal notice.
We reimburse payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within fourteen days of receiving withdrawal. We may wait until goods or dispatch evidence are received. You bear direct return costs unless agreed otherwise.
The right of withdrawal also applies to already-existing original artworks; they are not excluded merely because they are unique. The right does not apply to handcraft produced only after your individual choices or clear personal specifications where that makes the item personalized or otherwise difficult to resell. The applicable exception and relevant customization are clearly identified before the order is placed.
